Abstract:
The Generalized MPLS (GMPLS) suite of protocols has been defined to control
different switching technologies as well as different applications. These include support for
requesting TDM connections including Synchronous Optical Network/Synchronous Digital
Hierarchy (SONET/SDH) and Optical Transport Networks (OTNs).
