Technical Summary

This document defines new SubTLVs for IPv4 and IPv6 Reachability
and Multi-Topology Reachability TLVs. These SubTLVs carry 32- or
64-bit tags along with with the reachability information.
These TLVs can be used in a deployment-specific manner to
provide flexible control of policy, e.g., whether to "leak"
prefixes at a given L2/L1 boundary.
