Telecom Italia is prepared to grant, on the basis of reciprocity
(grant-back) whenever applicable, a license on such included part(s) on
reasonable, non-discriminatory terms and conditions.

Such license shall be subject to a written license agreement in place
before use of patents and/or patents applications.

Policy, Sections 10.3.1 and 10.3.2.
