Scott Hollenbeck of VeriSign developed the first drafts of the Extensible
Provisioning Protocol, or EPP, as protocol proposals for consideration in
the normal IETF standards development process.  All of the submitted drafts
have been provided in full conformance with Section 10 of RFC2026.  VeriSign
does not claim any intellectual property rights over the protocol itself or
the terms "Extensible Provisioning Protocol" or "EPP".
