Yahoo! will grant a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license
under any Yahoo! patent claims that are essential to implement or use
an Implementation so that licensees can make, use, sell, offer for
sale or import Implementations; provided that the licensee agrees not
to assert against Yahoo!, or any other Yahoo! licensees of
Implementations, any patent claims of licensee that are essential to
implement or use any Implementation.

In addition to the foregoing, please be advised that the term
"DomainKeys" is a trademark of Yahoo!, and Yahoo! has applied for
registration of the mark "DomainKeys". Yahoo! will grant a
royalty-free, non-exclusive trademark license permitting use of the
DomainKeys trademark to refer to products that conform to the
specifications set forth in the Internet-Draft. For example, any
party may state that their product is "DomainKeys compliant, "supports
DomainKeys" or is "DomainKeys-enabled," without citation to
Yahoo!. However, such parties should create their own product names or
trademarks for their specific products and the term "DomainKeys" shall
not be used by any party in or as part of a name for its own products.
