Nortel Networks U.S. Patent No.6,791,985, entitled "ATM transport over
multi-protocol label switching", may contain claims that are believed may be
necessary for practicing the resulting IETF Standard based on this Internet
Draft. In this regard, Nortel Networks will make available licenses on fair,
reasonable, reciprocal, and non-discriminatory terms, including royalties
and/or other payments, to such necessary claims it owns for the purposes of
complying with such resulting IETF Standard based on this Internet Draft.
