Body:	Thank you for your liaisons requesting that the MPLS working adpot a working group document intended to specify a globally unique ICC. Based on all comments received during the WG call for adoption, the IETF MPLS working group has adopted such a document as draft-ietf-mpls-tp-itu-t-identifiers.
