Body
In the liaison we sent to the ITU-T SG15 on May 15, 2013; a
reference that point to the wrong incoming liaison has been found.

The first paragraph of "Liaison Statement: In respons to
"Recommendation ITU-T G.8131 revision – Linear protection switching
for MPLS-TP networks" (http://datatracker.ietf.org/liaison/1256/)
should say:

"Thank you for your liaison statement COM15-LS005-E "Recommendation
  ITU-T G.8131 revision - Linear protection switching for MPLS-TP
networks" with the questions and concerns raised about RFC 6378
  MPLS-TP linear protection."
