MPLS-TP Survivability Framework for review and comments (ref # 012.01)

The IETF MPLS working group would like to solicit review by 
ITU-T experts of:

http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-mpls-tp-survive-fwk  

This document is a work in progress, but has reached a level 
of stability where early review would be beneficial.

Comments should be sent by return liaison by 21st November 2009
or may be communicated directly on the mpls-tp@ietf.org mailing 
list.

Please note that comments directly to the mpls-tp mailing list
before November 9th 2009 is welcome because they will be possible
to consider during the IETF meeting in Hiroshima.
