This group is the anchor for a one-off meeting at IETF-120.
The meeting is an opportunity to learn about the Independent Submissions RFC Stream: how it works, what documents it publishes, how to make submissions.
It will also provide time for the community to ask questions about the Stream and to give feedback about how the Stream is operating.
