4. WG status update
   * EBML -- STILL WAITING ON REVISED -11 document for AD evaluation.
Reworked the outstanding issues. Both reworked.
One (#257) was merged today by Dave.
        Second one: #281. Merged now!
        Version 11 is posted at
        https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-cellar-ebml/ as of Sept.
        24, 2019.

5. Remining EBML issues, hoping for none.
      Issue #279 https://github.com/cellar-wg/ebml-specification/issues/279
      CLOSED. Pull request:
      https://github.com/cellar-wg/ebml-specification/pull/281 DONE.

needs (older) mmark 2.0.40 to build, not latest. (2.1.1 also works)
bootstrap shell script will download correct one.

6. Work on Matroska issues.

ACTION: #335 Agree that NextUID is the way to use hard-linking,
PrevUID is used as a safety for
                                        recovery of missing segments (optional).
---> resulted in pull request #343. Closed after discussion.

ACTION: #287 will get additional examples from Dave Rice.

7. Any other business.
