   incremental requirements of an end-to-end computing aware traffic
   steering (CATS) process illustrated in [I-D.ldbc-cats-framework].
   Particularly, this document analyzes the significance of appropriate
   aggregation algorithms and the necessity of hierarchical forwarding
   mechanisms.
