Hi all,

Seems like a good refresh to take into account the new authoritative reference on the matter (not 5033 anymore!). Other than that, the scope remains the same.

Maybe consider being explicit that the WG can be solicited to review proposals in other WGs that touch on CC.

You may consider using BCP 133 instead of the RFC ;-)

It would be great if the WG could have some milestones defined. I do see there are a couple of documents in progress with the WG - do they qualify as a milestone?

Also, it would be nice if the charter indicated how the WG will track its work via milestones.

** The new scope afforded by this charter is not clear.  Is this “housekeeping” to recognize the publication of RFC 9743?

** With a new charter, what is the new work to be done?  There are no new milestones added.

** Previously, the WG planned to “Submit an Informational RFC analyzing the published standard congestion controllers”.  Is that work happening?
