Ballot for charter-ietf-mediaman
Yes
No Objection
Note: This ballot was opened for revision 00-02 and is now closed.
Ballot question: "Do we approve of this charter?"
A minor edit has been proposed and appears to have consensus, which I'll fold in before this gets approved. This would be: OLD: * Consider any issues around media types for programming languages. NEW: * Consider any issues around media types for programming languages and data definition languages such as YANG.
It is frequently unclear that committing to have WG work be "based" on a specific individual I-D is warranted, as opposed to using it as input, etc. Are there pending proposals relating to media types for programming languages that motivate prioritizing such work over reviewing the structure of the registry and the registration procedures?
