Thanks for addressing all my previous blocking comments. The only non-blocking comment left is about one useless sentence `When the working group is closed, the mailing list will remain open and available for the use of the expert review process.`
The charter is rather lengthy. Is the full introduction required?
Seems unnecessary to include what will happen to the mailing list after the WG closes. Just state that if the work dries up, the group may close.

Unless I'm mistaken, the review list per RFC7451 is eppext@ietf.org, not the current WG list. BTW, not sure if the discussion about keeping mailing open and so on is worth to be recorded in the charter. Cheers, Med
It would be good if more text could be cut that traditionally not appear in charters.
