The IESG has concluded that this work is related to IETF work done in the DNSOP WG, but this relationship does not prevent publishing. [ Additional background / context, not part of the conflict review: This document was discussed in the DNSOP WG around a year ago, and the WG did not show interest in adopting it. With that said, there were some useful comments in the discussions which the authors / ISE may want to consider to further improve the document. ]
