This is an interesting document, and I'm sad that I had to go quickly through it due to time constraints. It looks like some of the examples that are supposed to contain u-labels are currently rendering as literal HTML ampersand codes, not the expected unicode characters. It's probably worth either a note to the reader about the choice to present it that way to clarify the relevant codepoints, or a note to the RFC Editor to properly handle the unicode values for final publication. If the actual unicode values are intended to be used, RFC 7997 suggests that the relevant Unicode codepoints should be identified in the prose, in addition to the use of the encoded UTF-8.
