The normative schema provided in Appendix A contains two minor errors that can cause problems for XML parsers. The URLs used with the targetNamespace attribute targetNamespace="http://www.buergerkarte.at/namespaces/ ecdsa/200206030#" and the xmlns:ecdsa namespace declaration xmlns:ecdsa="http://www.buergerkarte.at/namespaces/ ecdsa/200206030#" are split across two lines to accomodate draft formatting rules, but this split creates broken URIs. It would be better to write the attributes with a break after the "=", or perhaps using less indentation. This needs to be fixed.
