The start and end dates specified in BCP 101 for terms of IAOC
members has proven to be impractical. This document updates BCP 101
to define start and end dates for terms of IAOC members, and the
term of an appointee to fill a vacancy; clarifies the term of the
IAOC Chair; and further requires the IAOC to conduct a meting during
the first IETF meeting of the year to select an IAOC Chair.
