Technical Summary
 
   This document describes a SIP interface to VoiceXML media services,
   which is commonly employed between application servers and media
   servers offering VoiceXML processing capabilities. The work in this 
   draft is good and a WG would likely want to adopt a significant 
   portion of it. 
 
Working Group Summary
 
  This document is not the result of any IETF Working Group.  It is an
  individual submission to the RFC Editor.
 
Protocol Quality
 
  This document is being shepherded through the IESG review process by
  Cullen Jennings.

Note to RFC Editor

  This work is directly on the topic that the MediaCtrl WG is being
  formed to address. This WG is likely to be approved 
  and I would encourage the authors to bring it to the WG. Having this as
  an information RFC would hamper the WG ability to come to consensus on
  a good protocol. 

  The IESG thinks that publication is harmful to the IETF work done
  in the MediaCtrl WG and recommends not publishing the document at 
  this time.
