ISE write-up for: draft-crocker-diversity-conduct-04

Abstract:
"The process of producing today's Internet technologies, through a
culture of open participation and diverse collaboration has proved
strikingly efficient and effective, and it is distinctive among
   standards organizations.
   ...
This document discusses IETF participation, in terms of the nature of
diversity and practical issues that can increase or decrease it. The
document represents the authors' assessments and recommendations,
following general disussions of the issues in the IETF."

This draft was reviewed for me by Adrian Farrell and SM, its authors
have made successive improvements in response to their feedback.

I realise that we have a Diversity Mailing List. I have emailed
the list administrators (Kathleen Moriarty and Suresh Krishnan),
asking for their comments on the draft, but have received no response.

I'm now moving on towards publishing the draft as an 'Editorial' RFC
(one of the items listed in RFC 4846's "role of Independent Submissions").
Please note that the draft does not claim to represent a consensus
of any community.

This draft has no IANA Considerations.
