draft-cuiling-dnsop-sm2-alg has been presented to the ISE for
publication as an Informational RFC on the Independent Stream.

This draft specifies the SM2/SM3 cryptographic suite for use with
DNSSEC.

This draft began in the dnsop working group, and was later referred to
the ISE by the DNSOP chairs in January of 2023 and formally submitted
shortly thereafter.

concerns about national algorithms.  He raised other concerns that
