Looking through old email, I found a message from me dated
January 19th containing comments on the VR applicability
statement (as well as VR architecture), and a reply from
Ananth saying he was intending to update it. This missed
the comment in my email from last night regarding the first
paragraph from section 13.

I therefore have pinged Ananth asking for him to update the
AS, and included comments on the paragraph in section 13.

I think that the next step is to get an update on the VR AS
from Ananth, in addition to the update on the VR architecture
from Paul.

Thanks, Ross
