Technical Summary
 
   The MIME encoding of IP packets is standardized enabling them to be
   sent via MAIL, HTTP, etc.  This may be convenient for transmitting
   packets for analysis or for creating application level IP tunnels.

Working Group Summary
 
   This is an individual submission and not the product of any
   working group.
 
Protocol Quality
 
   Ned Freed reviewed the specification for the IESG.
