Abstract
SPHINCS+ is a stateless hash-based signature scheme. This document specifies the conventions for using the SPHINCS+ stateless hash-based signature algorithm with the Cryptographic Message Syntax (CMS). In addition, the algorithm identifier and public key syntax are provided.
