Technical Summary

 This document establishes definitions and
 describes measurement techniques for data center benchmarking, as
well as introduces new terminologies applicable to data center
performance evaluations. 

Working Group Summary
  
  Note to IESG: draft-ietf-bmwg-dcbench-terminology and draft-ietf-bmwg-dcbench-methodology are closely related.
  There has been an extensive amount of work done on these drafts, and progress made on revisions, feedback, and comments. There have been extensive conversations on, for example, "goodput". This are some of the most reviewed drafts in BMWG in quite some time, and the documents  have undergone 2 WGLCs.

Document Quality

  Document is well written and easy to read.
