Technical Summary

   This document registers media types for Protocol Buffers, a common
   extensible mechanism for serializing structured data.

Working Group Summary

   Was there anything in the WG process that is worth noting?

     Some concerns were raised on if dispatch is the appropriate venue to address administrative work like this.

     I believe the outcome we achieved here is better than what we would have had with AD sponsorship.
