This is a request for an early, high-level review of this document, with focus on how it uses cryptography and whether it reflects current best practice. 

We have multiple people with security and cryptography experience participating in the effort, but as always more eyes are an advantage.

The Security Considerations are *not* complete yet. The deadline above is soft (the tool just makes us put something there).
