Thanks for this document which I found surprisingly readable. I have just three minor points you could consider as the document advances. --- It would be nice to do a sanity check to make sure all acronyms have been expanded. --- Section 8 is not needed given the "Contributors' Addresses" section. --- The title of Appendix A may be a little ambitious as there is only one question discussed.
