This document is clear and well written and I have no problem with approving it. I belive however that there needs to be a short explanation in the introduction section about the reasons for making it Experimental, and what are the goals to be verified by the experimental implementation and deployment. There is no write-up in the tracker, but reading from the MORG WG charter this must be the first document mentioned by:

(h) An extension that allows searching of multiple mailboxes at the same
time (based on draft-melnikov-imapext-multimailbox-search-03.txt), or of
multiple mailbox views. The WG will determine which approach (mailboxes
or views) is more suitable as part of its work.

If I am right this document has or will have a peer one (probably also Experimental) that describes the multiple mailbox views solutions, and the two will be compared according to some criteria to determine the better approach. This seems to me worth mentioning in the document.
