Technical Summary

   This document defines the encapsulation for MPLS performance
   measurement with the Alternate-Marking method, which performs flow-
   based packet loss, delay, and jitter measurements on the MPLS
   traffic.

Working Group Summary

   Broad support from the WG but agreement that document may be moved to Historic once the MNA work is more mature.

Document Quality

   Implementation support provided in the document text.
