Technical Summary
 
  This document discusses goals and requirements for
  network-based localized mobility management protocol.
 
Working Group Summary
 
  There has been a lot of comments during the WG processing of
  the document. Three solicited reviews from Gabriel Montenegro,
  Vidya Naryanan, and Pete McCann. It is believed that the 
  comments have been resolved to everyone's satisfaction.
 
  In addition, a call was made in the MIP6 and MIPSHOP WGs
  to verify that the gap analysis for existing solutions
  is correct.

Protocol Quality
 
  Jari Arkko has reviewed this specification for the IESG.
