Abstract
This document describes four services that top-level certification authorities (TLCAs) may provide in support of Internet Privacy-Enhanced Mail: notary certificate-signing services, co-issuer certificate-signing and certificate revocation list (CRL)-signing services, CRL-storing services, and CRL-retrieving services.
