Technical Summary

  This document describes a method for using an arbitrary number
  of active Rendezvous Points (RPs) in a single PIM domain.  RFC 3446
  describes such a method using MSDP; this document's method
  simply uses existing PIM messages.
 
Working Group Summary
 
  The working group came to consensus on this document.  The
  document was updated for several topics brought up at WG
  Last Call.
 
Protocol Quality
 
  Bill Fenner reviewed this spec for the IESG.  There are two known
