The previous HTTPDIR Early Review for this draft was extremely valuable (Thanks!). The authors have incorporated many of those suggestions and made a variety of other changes to improve the protocol's integration with HTTP (e.g. https://github.com/ietf-wg-ppm/draft-ietf-ppm-dap/issues/671). The working group would like to check if the draft is in good shape with respect to its usage of HTTP, or if there are more improvements we could make. Topics of particular interest include the treatment of status codes (e.g. 200/201/204/"2XX" in requirements and in the examples), methods (e.g. PUT vs. POST), and headers (e.g. Retry-After). |
