This draft is ready for publication as an Informational RFC.

The draft is just an outline of terminology.  I see no problem with it.
It is clear and nicely done.

A small nit is that in section 3.3 the document notes that satellite
links are uni-directional links.  I think the languaged should be
tweaked just a tad to indicate that **some** satellite links are
uni-directional.  Some, of course, are bi-directional.
