Technical Summary

   This document provides a set of requirements for enabling interdomain
   scaling in presence for SIP/SIMPLE.

Working Group Summary

   This document began in the SIPPING working group and migrated to
   SIPCORE. Participation in its development was light, but the community
   repeatedly expressed a desire to publish it.

Document Quality

   This draft has been reviewed by the SIPPING WG and SIPCORE WG. 
   Additionally, three dedicated reviewers reviewed the draft: 
   Vijay Gurbani, Hisham Khartabil, and Jean Francois Mule.

Personnel

  Gonzalo Camarillo is the document shepherd. Robert Sparks is the
