It might be helpfull to add a sentence in sections 5.1 and 6.1 to explain that the OIDs have already been allocated/assigned and where that has been done.

require IANA action?
Or do the OIDs come from somewhere else? In that case it might
be good to show where they come from, no?

Maybe I am missing something.
