As Sam Hartman noted, the Security section does not mention Secure Neighbor Discovery.  Given the tone of the section, some reference to SEND ought to be made.

As a minor matter, in the state machine (section 6.4) and a few other places the document is inconsistent about referring to
a single IPv6 address associated with the Virtual Router and multiple addresses.  I believe multiple addresses are intended, and the advertisement descriptions should be updated to reflect that.

I suppose it doesn't hurt anything to be in here, and it is more consistent with RFC2338 this way, but do we still care about Token Ring for new documents these days? (I suppose Brian could help answer that question for me!)
