This draft describes requirements of GMPLS extension to be supported in dynamic or static inter-working Generalized Multi-protocol Label Switching (GMPLS) protocol and multi-link technologies such as virtual concatenation (VCAT), link capacity adjustment scheme (LCAS) and link aggregation (LAGR).
