I have no problem with the publication of this document.  I have one editorial nit that you may take or leave as you see fit.

- The cross referencing notation of "Section [blah]" is confusing given that it uses short-hand names for sections.  Please consider changing these to "Section #" style notation.

Are the contact points for these registrations ok?  The template
calls for a person/email address, but both give URLs:
