The IANA consideration section is not clear on what actions are
requested of IANA.

Please specify which registry the registration is requested,
in a registry with multiple tables specify exacly which table.

Please provide pointers in IANA considerations section to the
sections that specify the registrations.

IANA considerations section is not complete, there are
allocation requests in sections not pointed to by the IANA
considerations.

It is the contents that are historic, not the document ;-).  That is, these
documents will join the RFC archival
series and, and, we believe, ought to be consistent with the rest of the
series.  And given the
mischief it might cause, we really would rather not allow the long list of
authors in the
published RFC.  So we would recommend an editor (the person who takes the
trouble
to see through the publication process, and a Contributors section
lavishing credit
on the whole list.
