Abstract
This document expresses grave concerns about the recommendations made in the 'Implications of <retransmission-allowed>' document, which in turn states several recommendations towards the modification of SIP Location Conveyance. This document makes several counterproposals to what is currently in the 'Implications of <retransmission-allowed>' document.
