RFC 2731 ("Encoding Dublin Core Metadata in HTML") Is Obsolete

On the call I would like to talk about what happens next process wise (does this draft become an RFC or do we jut mark things obsolete?

I'd like a stable normative reference to the document that obsoletes 2731. It seems to me that it should be http://dublincore.org/documents/2008/08/04/dc-html/ not http://dublincore.org/documents/dc-html/ but I really don't know.

  Whether the format is still in use doesn't really matter. It seems
  that RFC 2731 is no longer the definitive spec (it is obsoleted by
  later DC work) and so IMO it should be made historic.

  (1.a) I, Bernard Desruisseaux, am the Document Shepherd for
        this document. I have personally reviewed draft -04 of
        the document and I believe this version is ready for
        forwarding to the IESG for publication.

  (1.b) This document has had adequate review from members of
        the Dublin Core Metadata Initiative and the IETF.

  (1.c) This document has had sufficient review.

  (1.d) I don't have any concerns with this document.

  (1.e) There is a good consensus behind this document.
        Members of the Dublin Core Metadata Initiative have
        supported this work, furthermore the original author
        of RFC 2731 is actually a co-author of this document.

  (1.f) Nobody threatened an appeal or otherwise indicated extreme
        discontent.

  (1.g) I have personally verified that the document satisfies
        all ID nits.

  (1.h) The document only specifies an informative reference to
        the RFC being obsoleted.

  (1.i) The document has an IANA Considerations section that
        clarifies that no IANA actions are required.

  (1.j) The document doesn't include any material written in a
        formal language.

  (1.k) Here's the Document Annoucement Write-up that should be
        included in the IESG approval annoucement:

    Technical Summary

        This document obsoletes RFC 2731, on Encoding Dublin Core
        Metadata in HTML, to raise the awareness within the IETF
        that further development of this specification has moved
        to the Dublin Core Metadata Initiative.

    Working Group Summary

        This document is the work of individual submitters. It was
        reviewed and supported by members of the Dublin Core Metadata
        Initiative community. Last call comments were received and
        addressed.

    Document Quality

        This document is of administrative nature only.
