Media Description for the Internet Key Exchange Protocol (IKE) in the Session Description Protocol (SDP)

I have no objection to the progress of this document, but I would like to check two things with my fellow ADs.

I expect the RFC Editor would pick this up, but I wondered why this
document refers to RFC 4306 and not to RFC 5996.

I also wondered whether text (such as in the title and the Abstract)
should refer explicitly to "IKE v2" rather than "IKE".

Upon approval of this document IANA understands that there are four IANA
Actions that need to be completed:

First, in the att-field (both session and media level) subregistry of
the Session Description Protocol (SDP) Parameters registry located at:

http://www.iana.org/assignments/sdp-parameters

the following registration will be added:

SDP Name: ike-setup
Reference: [RFC-to-be]

Second, in the att-field (both session and media level) subregistry of
the Session Description Protocol (SDP) Parameters registry located at:

http://www.iana.org/assignments/sdp-parameters

the following registration will be added:

SDP Name: psk-fingerprint
Reference: [RFC-to-be]

Third, in the att-field (media level only) subregistry of the Session
Description Protocol (SDP) Parameters registry located at:

http://www.iana.org/assignments/sdp-parameters

the following registration will be added:

SDP Name: ike-esp
Reference: [RFC-to-be]

Fourth, in the att-field (media level only) subregistry of the Session
Description Protocol (SDP) Parameters registry located at:

http://www.iana.org/assignments/sdp-parameters

the following registration will be added:

SDP Name: ike-esp-udpencap
Reference: [RFC-to-be]

IANA understands that these four actions are the only ones that need to
be completed upon approval of this document.

The draft draft-saito-mmusic-sdp-ike-07
is ready for publication from the Independent Stream.

Please ask IESG to review it, as set out in RFC 5742.
