This document describes the conventions for using several cryptographic
algorithms with the Cryptographic Message Syntax (CMS) key package receipt
and error content types. This document is not the product of a working
group but builds upon work produced by the KEYPROV and S/MIME working
groups and is a Standards Track document.
2. Review and Consensus
The documents were discussed on the S/MIME working group mailing list,
owing to its use of CMS. Generally, there was not much discussion of the
draft. There was nothing notable about the discussion, comments were minor.
3. Intellectual Property
Each author has stated that their direct, personal knowledge of any IPR
related to this document has already been disclosed, in conformance with
BCPs 78 and 79. There were no IPR related discussions related to this
document.
