Abstract
DNSSEC Lookaside Validation (DLV) is a mechanism for publishing DNSSEC trust anchors outside of the DNS delegation chain. This document asks IANA to create a DLV registry containing entries for TLDs as well as the reverse-tree delegations maintained by IANA.
