Carlos introduces the meeting.
WG progress is behind the milestone.
The IPv6 over 802.11-OCB document got a few DISCUSS comments from the
  IESG.  They are being resolved.
After the IPv6 over 802.11-OCB and Problem Statement documents are done,
  other work can be considered for a recharter, but this session will
  focus will be on the two WG documents.

         Presenter: Nabil Benamar
         Draft: draft-ietf-ipwave-ipv6-over-80211ocb-49
         Goal: Resolve any issues raised by the IESG

Nabil talked about the changes to draft-ietf-ipwave-ipv6-over-80211ocb,
  covering -44 through -51 (which will be posted shortly).
There was a short discussion about how the DISCUSS comments from Roman
  were being addressed (Chairs, Suresh).
Expectation is that the next revision will clear the remaining DISCUSS
comments as well as resolve the non-blocking comments.

          Presenter: Jaehoon Paul Jeong
          Draft: draft-ietf-ipwave-vehicular-networking-09
          Goal: Resolve any issues for WG Last Call

Jaehoon Paul Jeong talked about draft-ietf-ipwave-vehicular-networking,
  which generated a few comments:
  - Pascal - why did you remove (a certain bit of) text?
  - Paul - It was solution rather than problem statement.
  - Sri - Changes to a document without group discussion is not ok.
  - Pascal - if it's not the subject of the document fine. But if it is
      that we need more discussion, lets have more discussion.
  - Sri - Supports removing the text about solutions.
Expectation is a short WG Last Call to make sure that previous concerns
  were resolved.

  - Pascal - want to avoid flooding because of the bandwidth it uses.
