Donald Eastlake presented the chair slides:

Donald: Russ White (Juniper), my co-chair, was unable to attend this
meeting.

Donald: Any changes to the agenda? Additional items or changes? [no
response]

Donald: There is a WG Last Call, scheduled to end at this meeting, for
the YANG modle draft. Any objections at this meeting or anyone called
in? [there were none] The YANG checker is complaining about the YANG
model draft.

Mahesh: The complaint is a bug in the tool. I'll check and confirm and
send email to list.
Donald: OK. After we check on that I'll request publication. There
have been no negative comments and a few positive comments.

=================================
BIER for BABEL
Sandy Zhang presented slides:
https://datatracker.ietf.org/meeting/106/materials/slides-106-babel-bier-for-babel

Martin: If the WG were to work on this, is it in existing charter or
does it require recharter?
Donald: It would be in existing charter which includes multi-cast as
an optional work item.

=================================
Babel Futures
Donald presented slides:
https://datatracker.ietf.org/meeting/106/materials/slides-106-babel-babel-futures

Barbara Stark: I think we should discuss this on the mailing list.
Martin: I'll be happy if Babel continues, if it has work people want
to do and there is energy to take on new work.
Rod: I'm chair of QIRG [Quantum Internet Research Group] and we're
interested in Babel because we're looking at links that aren't
stable.
Barbara: That's great. Suggest you post to the mailing list and might
get more response there.
Ronald in 't Velt: What about the RTT [Round Trip Time extension]
draft?
Donald: If people think it is in good enough shape, we could do a WG
Last Call on that.
Ronald: I'll review the draft and see.

=================================
Donald: Any further topic or comments? [none] OK, see people on the
mailing list and at the next IETF meeting.
