Daniel: welcome, note well, etc.

No agenda changes.

Draft status feedback:
* pushing on JSCalendar draft now, so delaying on other documents.
* VAlarm is almost ready.

Bron: only other thing is my scheduling controls draft.

## JSCalendar - Robert Stepanek

Minor tweaks since last time.  Main thing is updating the mapping document,
thanks for all the work Mike!

Neil: since last meeting, added some bits that were missing.

The schedule-force-send property which can be used to force send - just made it
a boolean since there's only one allowed value!

Adding "excluded recurrence rules" - have made one slight difference to 2245. 
The difference is how it combines with RDATE - it gets overridden by EXDATE in
JSCalendar, but you can't have orphaned overrides in JSCalendar.  Want to keep
that property.

It was asked for at the last interim (adding EXRULEs back) - but slight change
in semantics because original version has poor semantics.

Ken: makes sense to me.  Given that RDATE is "additions to RRULE".

Daniel: do we have a version in jscalendar?  If we update this spec, do we have
v1, v2, etc?

Neil: generally, define a new property if you need new things, if you need
backwards compatibility you can create a back match.

Robert: have added multiple RRULEs to timezones (even though have never seen
that) so it's consistent across all types.

Daniel: still wondering about backwards compat.
Bron: we've had icalendar "VERSION:2.0" over very many chages now! It would
rust on. Neil: we have `@type` already - if we need to make breaking changes we
can change that.

Daniel: are we ready?
Neil/Robert: yes, we think so!  This has gone in circles for the past year.  No
open points.  Just check consistency on timezone property names.

Daniel: think we're still in working group last call.  Should we start a new
one? Barry: yeah, new last call is good.

ACTION: Daniel to do new WGLC for JSCalenar until August 15th.

## iCalendar series

Mike has been busy with JSCalendar.  No progress.

## icalendar relations

Mike thinks it's complete, and it's been through WGLC already.

ACTION: Bron to submit to IESG once draft is refreshed.

## icalendar-jscalendar mapping

Robert: nearly done, should be ready soon after jscalendar spec is done.

Should be finalised as soon as jscalendar data model is final.

Ken: Mike wants to make sure URL property is round-trippable between icalendar
and `links` property in jscalendar.

ACTION: Bron to make sure there's a milestone for icalendar-jscalendar mapping

## valarm

Ken: have new draft based on Daniel's review - think we're ready to move
forward.

ACTION: Daniel to move VALARM draft forward.

## Other business?

Daniel: happy with how things are going.

Bron: We'll probably do an interim in September/October once JSCalendar is out
of the way to check on the other documents' progress.
